We have always been a small family run winery and that is still the case today. We are only open to the public on weekends at the farm from 12noon until 5:00pm. We don't have large crowds or have special events, our focus continues to be quality wines and hard cider. Something very unique at Corcoran is that Lori Corcoran is always on hand to answer any questions our guests have each weekend.
Corcoran was the first Winery/Brewery in the Commonwealth and now with our first offering of Hard Cider, we are excited to be able to carry on the tradition that Thomas Jefferson started back in 1769 when he planted numerous varieties of apples at Monticello.
Our brewery grew too large for our farm and so to meet demand we moved the brewery from the farm to our new location in Purcellville. This allowed us to repurpose the original brewery barn into the cider barn and offer hard cider, along with our wines side by side. So for those who don't like wine or are looking for a gluten free option, they now have a choice at Corcoran. For your beer lovers, our new brewery is just 5 miles down the road and has 12 different beers on tap waiting for you to sample. We hope when you visit the winery, cidery or brewery that we can make your visit a memorable one.

From our Benevino Vineyard location, we made this wine for 5 years. Light spice and soft tannins makes this a perfect BBQ companion on a warm summer night.

Using our local grown Chambourcin grapes, fortified with Brandy and aged in Whiskey barrels for 12 months, this is a “Port-style” wine rich in black cherries, caramel and mocha. Perfect companion on a summer night by the fire with s’mores!
Merlot grapes were fermented with fresh raspberries to get this off-dry dessert wine. Lots of raspberries on the front, but finishes with the soft tannins of the Merlot. Pairs with dark chocolate.
This Chardonnay was fermented and aged in all stainless steel, maintaining all the fruit characteristics. Perfect with your white meats or a sunny porch.
Made with 100% Petit Manseng grapes, this wine is our version of the Italian Lemon Cello. Bursting with lemon aromas and flavors because of the lemon zest infusion. Chill Cello to be icy cold and enjoy as an aperitif or as a nightcap on a warm evening.
